Orders
By placing an order with
Use UK you will be deemed to have read, understood and
agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy
with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at:
info@use-uk.com, before
placing an order with us.
These Terms and Conditions and your
use of our web site are governed by English law and you
agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
English court. This does not affect your non-excludable
statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and
Conditions have been designed for use within the United
Kingdom and under UK law. Our products are currently
unavailable outside the United Kingdom.
A Contract between the customer and
Use UK for the sale of our products will only exist once
an order has been accepted, processed and despatched
unless the order is for a ‘made to order’ product. This
does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
We will not be liable for any
direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial
loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable
delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside
of the reasonable control of Use UK or delay due to any
reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
Prices and availability of goods is
subject to change without notice. This means that the
price confirmed after placing the order may be different
to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to
ensure that this will not happen. A delivery charge will
be added to your order value where appropriate, please
see delivery times and charges.
‘Made to order’ products
The contract shall not be concluded
until we have received payment and we have accepted the
order by way of a confirmation.
Your receipt of an electronic or
other form of order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. Use UK reserves the
right at any time after receipt of your order to accept
or decline your order for any reason. We may require
additional verifications or information before accepting
any order.
Products, which are made to order,
are done so specifically for you. Once production has
started for ‘made to order products’ they may not be
cancelled by you.
Once delivered no ‘made to order’
products may be returned nor will we provide any refund
unless it is faulty. This does no affect your statutory
rights.
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order
(once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of
despatch unless your order is for a ‘made to order’
product. If you do cancel the contract within this time
any payments made by you will be refunded in full within
30 days.
Made to order products are made to
your specifications and therefore can not be cancelled
once production has started.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with
the products that you have chosen you may return them to
us within 14 days of receipt, unless your order is for a
‘made to order’ product. We will be more than happy to
offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund
provided that the products are returned complete, in
perfect condition, unused, and with the original
packaging.
Making Returns
For all returns, except where the
item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay
for the return of the products to us. To return any
products to us, please contact us to make arrangements

strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We
cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in
transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for
the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Christmas period, we will advise you if there are likely
to be any small delays. In the event that an item is
temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the
delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
